Sara J. Meadows, D.O.

Sara J. Meadows, D.O., Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation joined Orthopedic Associates in 2010. Her focus is on bone and joint disorders/musculoskeletal medicine including osteopathic manual treatment. She has a special interest in treating the female athlete and pregnancy related back pain. Dr. Meadows received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University and played basketball during her time there. She attended Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her internship at St. Vincent’s Hospital in New York City. Her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation was completed at Northwestern Memorial Hospital/Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago.
